Just half an hour outside Las Vegas is a little surprise – a beautiful red sandstone park that lights on fire right before sunset. Must do trails: White Domes and Fire Wave and if you find the so-called Crazy Hill, it’s very unusual and worth checking it out. Obviously, it’s impossible to do any hiking in the summer because of the three-digit temperatures. Late fall and winter months are the best times to visit.

The Crazy Hill. It has so many different colors. Nothing around it looks like this.
