Because of a two-week work assignment in Europe, we managed to sneak in some sightseeing over the weekend in Bath, UK. It’s a beautiful British town built around natural hot springs found in that area. All the buildings in downtown are made out of golden-colored limestone, which gives the town a cozy and cohesive look and feel.
We stayed in Tasburgh House Hotel, a cute B&B a few minutes by car from the town center.
Red poppy memorial for Remembrance Day
The Circus building with three different types of columns.
An empty courtyard
Bath Abbey in morning fog
We took a full-day tour to Castle Combe, Avebury Stone Circles and Stonehenge with Mad Max Tours.
